Cancelation Request
We aren't the type of swim school that's just going to bill your card or send you to collections; we actually want to know what went wrong or what went right that is causing you to leave...even if you were totally satisfied.
Most businesses don't want to talk to customers who choose to leave, but they're our favourites because they help us make the best experience possible and serve everyone at a higher level.
And, a lot of times, when we have these conversations, we find out that the issue was totally unrelated to the lessons. Sometimes it's work or home life or kids.
And luckily, once we know what the problem is, we can usually help solve it. So in the end, this is one more way we help people problem-solve and ultimately stick to ensuring their kids learn a life skill that can save their life. Because if you do lessons for 10 weeks, it doesn't matter. We want your child to be ready for life, ready incase the worst was to happen and that requires creativity to figure out.
We require 4 weeks notice of your intent to cancel as this gives us time to touch base on what we might be able to do for your family and if it comes to it to process the cancelation. Once you fill out the form below look out for an email from us. We aim to get to all requests within 48hours.
