  • Enrolling means committing to swimming lessons for a minimum of 13 weeks on or after January 29th, 2024.

  • New or returning students may need to attend a complimentary assessment before enrolment.

  • Payment of the joining fee and a completed digital membership form with payment details are required. *Term 4 2023 clients have the joining fee waived

  • Any information relevant to the student's ability to learn and participate, including special needs or behavioural issues, must be disclosed.

  • Makeup lessons must be marked absent in the parent's portal 24 hours before the class. Medical certificates are required if the time condition cannot be met, and makeup lessons must be used within each calendar year.

  • No, they are neither refundable nor transferable, a make-up lesson can only be booked once. A missed make-up lesson is forfeited.

  • You'll receive one makeup lesson for each public holiday when SwimTech is closed.

  • Your child must complete 30 lessons with at least 90% regular attendance to be eligible for the SwimTech Guarantee. (Make up lessons do not count as regular attendance)

  • Submit a completed ‘Cancellation Form’ in accordance with the Terms & Conditions provided on the SwimTech website.

  • Credits and refunds are issued for major illness, hospitalization, or if you're moving away, with appropriate documentation.

  • You receive a $70 credit if you successfully refer a new family who pays the joining fee and signs up for direct debit.

  • Students not toilet trained must wear aqua nappies, and caps and goggles are recommended for others. Parents must actively supervise children under 10 years old at all times.

  • Class sizes are between 4-8 kids depending on the level.

  • Safety measures include lifeguard supervision, instructors with lifesaving qualifications, and adherence to proper student-to-teacher ratios.

  • Absolutely, there are adult classes for beginners and those looking to improve their technique.

  • Consistency is key, so weekly lessons are recommended, though more frequent lessons may benefit rapid progression.

  • Encouragement, regular practice, and reinforcing the importance of water safety are great ways to support your child.

  • We offer private lessons to help specifically cater to their needs.

  • Up until the age of 3 and if they can stand in our kids pool.

  • Kids are grouped based on swimming skills.

  • Yes, they can but it is subject to availability.

  • As your child progresses levels through the years we will do our best to find a spot in a new class at the same time however we may ask for collaboration in finding a new suitable time as they continue their swim journey.

  • - Cash, credit card (Visa, MasterCard,) EFTPOS at reception.

    - Phone payments can be made via Visa or Mastercard by calling the office on 0402 250 029 during business hours.

    - Fortnightly Direct Debits can be made. To register, please fill out the Direct Debit Form.

  • Please be aware that it is common for children to have difficulty adjusting to swimming lessons. Most children will settle within a few weeks.

  • Yes, It is heated between 31-33 degrees.

  • Yes, please bring footwear to be used before and after your child's lesson.

  • No.

  • Yes, chlorine is proven to be child-safe. However overexposure to the eyes can cause dry eyes for all ages, this is why we recommend goggles.
