Don't You Dare Go To Any Other Pool Before Reading This...

Hey, I'm Mitch.

Thanks for scrolling down this far on my page. I appreciate it, a lot.

I am going to tell you a secret that might shock you...

Australia is failing…

Drownings are increasing…

And they aren't slowing down.

Even the government can solve this problem.

I want you to understand these three things:

  1. They’ve spent millions of your dollars.

  2. There has been no significant progress.

  3. I have the solution.

I bet you want to know? It comes from a place that seems so logical that it smacks you in the face.

It comes from inspiring people who already have a passion for teaching to make a difference.

Here is the problem…

Nearly every swim school has these two types of teachers.

Firstly, teachers who are “collecting a paycheque.” Or…

Teachers who are so exhausted that despite the fact that they care, they have no energy to bring to any lesson.

So that burning QUESTION you had…

Where do I find people who already have a burning passion for swimming?

The answer is.

AT THE POOL OF COURSE!

My passion for swimming was first ignited when I became a competitive swimmer…

Then a coach.

I work with 60+ inspired and highly motivated athletes every week!

They are so motivated that they WILLINGLY get up as early as 4:00AM!

You know what that shows? PASSION.

I know that if I was ever going to choose my child’s teacher. I would want them to be filled with a passion like that.

Because of this we have been able to PIONEER a new way of serving the greater community. With a team of people who: Motivate, Inspire & Care.

The SwimTech Ecosystem Transforms Lives...

But Don’t Take It From Me… Here Are Their Stories.

  • I first met Mitch when I was just starting my teen years. We were just two kids attending swimming meets... racing our own races. Mitch being a few years older than me meant we coexisted with each other, not understanding what our relationship would become for quite a few years. Fast forward some time and I started working with him, finding out we had a lot of common interests and strengthening our bond.

Mitch gave me a shot from day one. He saw what potential I had and allowed me to take on some big responsibilities as a young person, never failing to pass on any knowledge he had on the matter to benefit me. His guidance and advice have helped me not only in a professional environment, but he has also made me feel confident in my abilities.

As I moved away from swimming as a whole Mitch and I have kept in touch, and he has never stopped taking the time to listen to my opinions and give any insight he has had based on personal experiences, which has helped me make more informed decisions.

Mitchell's presence in my life has helped me build self-confidence and self-esteem. Knowing I’ve got a best mate who believes in me and supports me has helped me build the confidence to push the boundaries and experience new things in life.

I'm grateful to have met Mitchell and am thankful for the support and expertise he has given me over the years. Not only that but I'm thankful for him being a great mate- He’s always been a listening ear and that says a lot about a person.

  • When I first met Mitch, I was a young 11 year old boy interested in taking my swimming to the next level. Mitch helped me fix my breaststroke so I was able to join squad, where Mitch became my coach.

I shocked when I first met Mitch only to find out he is less then 10 years older than me... He has always seemed so much older than he was because of the knowledge and wisdom he possesses

I made my way through the squad levels and achieved the top level "Performance Squad." In the years that I spent with Mitch he became more than a coach, a role model and someone I admired. In ways he acted like a big brother to me always willing to support me in anyway he could.

As I became older and more mature, Mitch saw my potential and offered me a job. As a 15 year old this was my first opportunity to work and earn some money. Again Mitch continued to provide a safe environment under guidance and support. Because of this I was able to enter the workforce and am now more confident than ever before.

As I have become older my interest in competitive swimming decreased. While I now see Mitch less because of his commitment to his athletes, when given the chance we always have a chat. I will always value the wise words he has for me.

The impact he has had on me has helped shift and transform me into the person I am today. Mitch at first was only meant to be a coach but he far surpassed that and is not only a role model but also someone I admire.

Being involved with Mitch is a transformational experience where he leads and inspires. His actions, ideas and lessons are something I will always remember.

Want To Find Out What SwimTech’s Secret Is?

I’ll tell you in a second! But before I do I am going to state the obvious... Let me just confirm, you have to:

  • Juggle Work

  • Pay Bills

  • Meet Mortgage Repayments

  • Hit KPIs

  • Socialise (where possible)

  • Stay in Shape

  • Be a Role Model for Your Children

AND…

By extension of the above, you want to make sure your children are ready for anything life throws at them. Right?

Because you are a parent who cares about preparing your child. Right?

And a parent like yourself is very aware of the danger living near Albury-Wodonga presents. Right?

And We live next to Australia's Deadliest River... Right?

BUT…

DID YOU KNOW?

More than 240 people have drowned in the Murray River, Wodonga Creek and Lake Hume… and after saying that do not read another word if you haven't already reached out to us to make your family swim-safe.

(Click here and spend 10 seconds to fill out this form) - Thanks for doing that, I appreciate you.

Now do you remember that promise I made you earlier?

I am going to let you in on our best kept secret (but you have to make me a promise... Can you read this whole section? Can you please do that for me?). And while I can also promise that I won't be able to help you with your work KPIs... I can promise that we have a proven track record of not only teaching over 2000 children how to swim. We have also developed over 20 national level athletes... And to top it all off have transformed many lives in the process.

I bet you are feeling a little skeptical? So I've included some more stories.

  • Mitch’s knowledge and enthusiasm alone should be enough to convince you to join his program, but it’s his willingness to listen and his strong culture-building ability that truly stand out. In my eyes, a good coach should be just as willing to learn and listen as they are to teach and talk, and it’s safe to say Mitch is more than capable in this department. Purposeful training, good challenges, fun banter and honest discussions are all things you can expect around pool deck.

  • The first time I trained under Mitch he was very matter of fact.

It was a simple question, “Do you want to stay where you are or start from the start, rebuild your stroke and improve?”

I of course chose to improve.

Mitch not only helped my swimming, but also made a difference for me on a personal level.

I always remeber Mitch preaching: "Hard work beats talent, when talent doesn't work hard."

If you have a goal Mitch will do everything possible to help you achieve it.

Mitch has very big aspirations, wants people to succeed amd be their best more than anything. He does everything he needs to and more. I remeber him suggesting ideas to swimmers and letting them chose their own path. It is because of this he is exceptional at what he does.

The Secret To SwimTech's Success Started In 2011.

SwimTech started in 2011… it so happens that I didn't know at the time though. SwimTech isn't a place, its a movement and a passion for swimming in a way that only my story can explain.

What would you do in the event that your coach left you a month before the grand final? You would definitely find someone to step up! At the very worst, you would, wouldn't you? At the time Corryong Swim Club in 2011 was at its worst, I was the only option.

I was a typical teenager who stank of chlorine and didn't know too much about life. One thing I did know was swimming can change your life, in an immensely positive way. Lachlan Learmonth if you ever read this, thank you. Because of your passion, I became inspired.

Next what happened no one could have predicted. Corryong Swimming Club grew from just under 20 members to nearly 120 in 3 years. It was through a passion for swimming and genuine care that a community was brought together, with many inspired.

Now that exact same passion and care showed to me is eternalised at SwimTech.

SwimTech is built on passion.

When you walk into SwimTech for your first lesson, one of your child’s teacher could be as young as I was in 2011. Before you cast judgement I want you to pause for a second. Think about the young man who built Corryong on passion and care. And even if you are a little skeptical guess what! Some of these young adults have spent over 4000 HOURS in the pool already. Their passion for swimming and seeing your child improve is at the point in their DNA.

(see my math for those inquisitive parents)

8yo) 2 x 1hr x 40wks = 80hrs

9yo) 2 x 1.25hrs x 40wks = 100hrs

10yo) 3 x 1.5hrs x 44wks = 198hrs

11yo) 4 x 2hrs x 46wks = 368hrs

12yo) 6 x 2hrs x 46wks = 552hrs

13yo) 7 x 2.5hrs x 47wks = 882hrs

14yo) 8 x 2.5hrs x 48wks = 960hrs

15yo) 9 x 2.5hrs x 48wks = 1080hrs

So I am sure you agree that is some impressive time learning? But the real question that is burning is...

WHY SWIMTECH?

I am going to give you two scenarios.

A teacher who has taught for years now, but no their passion has long died out.

OR

An excited young up and coming teacher who has already committed 4000 hours to the sport?

I'LL LET THAT SIT FOR A SECOND.

You can ask anyone and they will have an energetic, young and enthusiastic staff.

That is what I am proud of and if you are someone who wants to experience it click the button below!
